Caitlin Glenn leads a seasoned team of Credits & Incentives professionals with over 60 years of combined experience and industry knowledge. Since its inception, the KE Andrews Credits & Incentives Practice has saved companies over $2.5 billion. Caitlin’s team assists companies maximize business incentives at the federal, state and local level. She specializes in decreasing the cost of capital for companies establishing new facilities, consolidating or expanding facilities, increasing employment or incurring costs associated with sustainability and training. Her focus on providing excellent client service, custom solutions and positive outcomes has established her as a leading expert in the Credits & Incentives services space. She provides turnkey solutions for companies navigating the complexities of securing savings associated with negotiating economic development incentives programs, minimizing the company’s burden and allowing them to focus on internal operations. Caitlin has extensive experience serving a broad range of industries including oil & gas, manufacturing, logistics and sustainable energy across the United States. Caitlin’s unique background leading a New Market Tax Credit line of business gives her a fresh perspective on Investment Tax Credits, Production Tax Credits, Carbon Capture Credits and other federal credits associated with sustainability. Caitlin works closely with her Property Tax and Sales Tax colleagues as well as her SaaS partners at EDOiQ to ensure compliance is filed correctly, timely and the process is as seamless and transparent as possible for clients. Caitlin is a member of the KE Andrews Women’s Leadership Board, creating and implementing curriculum for professional women development with the goal of guiding women through their careers, maximizing their potential and becoming leaders. Caitlin holds a business administration degree in Finance and Marketing from Texas Christian University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. She enjoys golf and tennis and spending time with her family.
