As Logistics Development Forum leads the way in bringing the industry back together again in-person in 2021, the health and safety of our on-site event participants remains a top priority. In addition to following the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) prevention strategies guidelines as well as all current federal, state and local directives, we are continuing to develop and implement the most up-to-date protocols for a safe and successful in-person event.
We are committed to keeping all of our attendees, staff and speakers up to date with the latest health & safety developments to ensure a coordinated and a safe on-site experience for all. As guidelines and restrictions continue to change and evolve, Logistics Development Forum will adapt plans accordingly and provide regular updates to event participants as necessary.

Health & Safety Acknowledgement
The Sonnenalp hotel provides a safe environment that aligns with CDC and Eagle County Health Guidelines. The CDC has announced that fully vaccinated individuals are no longer required to wear facial coverings, but those that have not been fully vaccinated should continue to wear facial coverings. With this in mind, and Eagle County restrictions being lifted, facial coverings are no longer required on property except in certain situations. All Sonnenalp guests and employees who choose to wear facial coverings are welcome to do so at any time.
All employees have facial coverings readily available and are prepared to put them on per guest request. Additionally, the Sonnenalp continues the practice of daily health screenings for staff. Any employees experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 will not be permitted to be at the hotel regardless of their vaccination status until they have been symptom free for 24 hours
Event management will implement and enforce all protocols and COVID-19 directives/mandates established by city, state, local and federal government agencies. As part of our commitment to support a safe experience, everyone in attendance, including attendees, venue employees and event staff, are expected to comply with the following health and safety requirements:
